Miniatures do not come finished or painted. Some come in an optional custom resin for an additional charge. Photos with painted models are either 3d renderings or painted to demonstrate what is possible and should not be expected to be the final product shipped. All our models are printed 0.05mm resolution for maximum detail. Resin materials will be subject to model needs. colors will vary depending on availability. While models are printed to order, we do take the time to check for defects, support material and possible issues before shipped. additional cleanup might be required depending on your needs, models that are not welded together will be dry fit to confirm fitment. models that are shipped in pieces will be noted and usually are shipped this way to allow for ease of painting. While models are printed by size, sizes may vary by 5mm due to shrinkage or expansion due to climate. Custom scaling is available. simply message me to make a custom order. While we do take every measure to package the models for safe shipment items can shift and cause damage. please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item so that we can ship out a replacement piece or send a return label to replace the model entirely.
